Talk Lipoedema Self-Management Course: Kelso

We are holding a FREE self-management course in the Scottish Borders for people with lipoedema.

The course runs over three sessions:

Session 1 and Session 2: Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th April at The Cross Keys Hotel in Kelso from 9.30am-4.30pm

Session 3: Thursday 8th May, on Microsoft Teams from 7pm-9pm.

We will cover areas such as self-care, eating, mindfulness and movement across these sessions, as well as the opportunity to chat to other people with lipoedema. Lunch and refreshments are also provided as part of the sessions.
