Lipoedema Awareness Month: Hypermobility with Lesley McPherson

Join Talk Lipoedema for this online session on lipoedema and hypermobility on Sunday 16th June at 7.30pm (BST). In this session Lesley will discuss hypermobility, the relationship to Lipoedema and how adapting simple "classical" Pilates breathing and posture techniques may assist in helping us move with more confidence.
